Our Conditioning program is geared to provide our clients with a well rounded workout.

We utilize a variety of formats including circuit training, group exercise, tires training, running, strength and more..... you'll never be sure what to expect when you come in to class and neither will your muscles! Thats what is called muscle confusion training! Keep them working differently and they will continue to grow!

No matter what your current fitness level , you will be challenged with every workout! Most of our classes are Self-Paced....you go at a pace that works for you not your instructor!

So whether you want to get in shape, looking for something different in your routine, or training for your next fight.......give it a try!

        Kickboxing Program

Ages 9-Adult

  •          Kickboxing
  •          Boxing 
  •          Cardio training
  •          Strength training
  •          Sparring for Beginner- Advanced

Drills and skills make up the bulk of this training. Technique, footwork, combinations, pad work, partner drills all help develop your skill and confidence!

 

You don't have to Be a fighter, to train like one!                     

 For those interested in competition, we have the Elite Amateur Fight Team. We compete in Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts.

 AeroKickboxing

This is an awesome aerobic/ anaerobic workout. Done entirely on heavybags ( with a few bodyweight/ floor exercises thrown in. ), it will give all participants an equally challenging workout. Totally self-paced, no need to "keep up" with the instructor, this class is perfect for the beginner or the advanced fitness buff! Burn MORE calories, develop lean muscle mass, learn kickboxing without having to step into the ring! First class is FREE!
